PoRaBar is a small, independent app. These terms keep things clear — no lawyer-speak where plain English does the job.
The app & your licence
PoRaBar is a one-time $2.99 purchase with a 60-day free trial, sold through the Apple App Store. Buying it gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices, covered by Apple’s standard licensed-application terms. You can also earn the unlock for free by getting 3 contributions approved.
Content & third-party services
PoRaBar is a player. The radio stations, podcasts, YouTube livestreams and audiobooks you listen to belong to their respective owners and are delivered by third-party services (radio-browser.info, broadcasters, podcast hosts, YouTube, your own Audiobookshelf server). PoRaBar doesn’t host, own or control that content, and their terms and availability are their own. Streams and feeds can change or disappear at any time.
Contributions
You can improve the shared station catalogue by submitting a logo or fixing tags/country from within the app. By submitting, you confirm you have the right to share that image and grant PoRaBar permission to use it in the app for everyone. Contributions are reviewed by hand; approval (and the free unlock at 3 approved) is at the curator’s discretion.
No warranty
PoRaBar is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It’s a small, independent app — made with care, but you use it at your own risk, to the extent permitted by law.
